For fathers who already decided not to repeat it
You will hand your children a version of what you were handed. You can be the one who stops it.
Eight weeks of work on the pattern you inherited, in a group of eight men, with a method that does not ask you to call yourself unwell. It has a start date, an end date, and a practice you keep.
Free, and instant. You see your result before anyone asks you for anything.

The consequence
Patterns are transmitted by behaviour, not intention. If nothing is done differently, your children receive what you received — not because you failed, but because nobody in the line stood in the way of it.
The possibility
You get to be the one who turned and faced it. Every generation after you inherits a different starting point because of what you do in these eight weeks.
You already know which moment
- Your child does something ordinary and your father's voice comes out of your mouth.
- You are holding a newborn and cannot remember ever being held.
- You catch yourself going quiet in exactly the way he went quiet.
- You are thirty-four and still managing his moods in other people's faces.
- You have said I am not going to be him for years, and the pattern has not moved.
Who it is for
This is built for one specific man. Check whether it is you.
Built for you if
- You are a father, roughly thirty to fifty, with a child aged about nought to twelve.
- Your own father was absent, harsh, distant, or simply unreachable.
- You already decided not to be him, and nobody ever taught you how.
- You want a method and a practice, not years of talking about it.
Not for you if
- You need therapy, a diagnosis, or trauma treatment. This is none of those, and we will say so rather than take your money.
- You are in crisis right now. See the footer for the right contacts — we will refer you.
- You want something open-ended. This finishes after eight weeks, by design.
- You cannot give ninety minutes a week for eight weeks. The guarantee depends on it.
What this is, and what it is not
What this is
An eight-week programme that teaches a practice. It is structured, it is bounded, and it has an end date.
What this is not
Therapy. We do not diagnose, we do not treat, and we do not work with trauma. If what you are carrying needs clinical support, we will say so and refer you — that is not a rejection, it is the honest answer.
The method
Two practices, neither of which requires you to be a patient.
The Thinking Environment
Nancy Kline's method, practised for decades: attention without interruption, no advice, no interpretation. It is the fastest way to get a man to think for himself about his own father, and it never once requires him to be a patient.
Breathwork
The pattern is not only a story, it is a body response. You learn a practice for the moment it fires — the moment your child does the thing that used to get you hit.
What is included
Everything below is in the price. There is no add-on tier.
Start here, and it is free: the inheritance diagnostic
Two minutes and twelve questions, answered in your own browser. It returns the pattern you most likely carry, the version of it your children are most likely to receive, and one practice for this week. You do not have to give an email address to see the result, and nobody contacts you for taking it.
Eight live modules, ninety minutes each, one a week
Run in Thinking Environment rounds, with the same eight men from the first week to the last.
One private forty-five-minute call at the midpoint
About your line specifically, not the group's.
A ten-minute daily practice
Breath-based regulation plus one behavioural drill, changed each week. This is the part that changes what happens in your house.
Your written pattern map
A document of your family line: where the pattern came from, and where it fires. You keep it.
Your handover plan
One page stating explicitly what you intend to pass on, and what you intend to stop.
The cohort runs live, in English.
Twelve questions, two minutes, and you will know which pattern you are carrying into your own house. It costs nothing and it commits you to nothing.
The eight weeks
What actually happens, week by week.
- 01–02
The pattern you carry
Where it came from, how it was installed, and the exact situations in your house where it fires.
- 03–04
The body underneath it
Breathwork for the moment it fires — the ninety seconds when your child does the thing that used to get you hit.
- 05
The private session
Forty-five minutes, one to one, about your line specifically. What you inherited, and from whom.
- 06–07
The practice that interrupts it
One drill a week, ten minutes a day. Small enough that you will actually do it, specific enough that it changes what your child receives.
- 08
The handover
The written pattern map you keep, and the one page that states what you intend to pass on deliberately.
Eight live modules of ninety minutes, one private forty-five-minute call, a ten-minute daily practice, your written pattern map, and your handover plan. The cohort is eight men and it stays at eight — that is not a scaling decision, it is what the method requires.
The first step, exactly
Nobody is asked for money before they have seen something useful.
The diagnostic
Twelve questions about what actually happens in your house. You get the pattern you most likely carry, and one practice, immediately. No email address needed to see the result.
A conversation with Celine
If the result is close to your life, the next step is a call with Celine Fontaine — ICF PCC accredited, more than twenty years in practice. It is a conversation about your line, not a sales script. If the programme is wrong for you, she will say so and explain why.
You decide, or you do not
Booking opens in November 2026 and the cohort starts on 11 January 2027. Cohort 1 is the founding price of €2,400. If you decide not to, nothing further happens: no sequence, no follow-up calls.
The price
€2,400 for cohort 1. €2,900 from cohort 2.
€2,400
€2,900
Founding cohort · 8 seatsOne price for the whole programme: eight weeks, eight men, one private call, the ten-minute daily practice, your pattern map and your handover plan. €2,400 is the founding price for cohort 1 only. From cohort 2 the price is €2,900, and it does not move back down.
- Private therapy at €120–180 an hour, across the same eight weeks€960 – €1,440
- A self-serve app programme, with no live practitioner at allabout $995
- A residential couples retreat€3,000 – €6,000
- The Firebreak, cohort 1 — eight men, a practitioner with 20+ years, one private call€2,400
Typical market ranges, shown for comparison and not as quotes. The app-delivered programme is self-serve with no practitioner; a retreat is residential and is a different thing entirely.
The guarantee. Attend six of the eight live modules and do the daily practice. If at the end you cannot name the pattern you carry, where it came from, and what you are doing differently, you get your money back.
Eight seats. The diagnostic is free and takes two minutes; the paid decision comes after the call, not now.
Who runs it
Two people, and both of them are in the room.
Celine Fontaine
ICF PCC accredited, more than twenty years in practice, Nancy Kline Thinking Environment practitioner, breathwork practitioner. She runs the live modules and the private call.
Alex Preukschat
Built this programme from his own line. His work started in 2012, the year after his son was born. He runs the diagnostic and the intake.
There are no testimonials here yet, because this is the first cohort. That is the reason the founding price is €2,400 rather than €2,900 — you are buying the first eight weeks, not a proven product, and the price says so.
Questions men actually ask
Is this therapy?
No. It is a structured programme that teaches a practice. We do not diagnose, treat, or work with trauma. If what you are carrying needs clinical support, we will say so and refer you — that is not a rejection, it is the honest answer.
What if I am in crisis?
This programme is not a crisis service and it will not pretend to be one. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number. The diagnostic asks a direct safety question and routes to a referral list instead of a booking if the answer is yes.
What if my father died before we could talk?
That is one of the most common reasons men come to this. The work is about what you carry, not about a conversation you can no longer have.
I am not a father. Is this for me?
The programme is built for fathers, because that is the role the evidence says will move a man to act. If you are not a father and still recognise the pattern, tell us on the call and we will say honestly whether it fits.
Do I have to speak in the group?
No. The Thinking Environment is designed so that a man can say nothing until he is ready, and that is the method rather than a concession to it.
What language, and at what time?
English, live online. Live modules run in a European evening window. If your mornings or evenings do not fit that window, say so on the call — a second cohort can be scheduled around a different region.
What if my partner does not want me to do this?
Bring it to the first call. A partner's resistance is often about what she expects the work to cost the household, and that is a reasonable thing to negotiate, not hide.
What happens after the eight weeks?
The alumni pod: one call a month, same method, no new curriculum. It is optional and it is priced monthly, so leaving is easy.
Eight seats. One of them is the one where the line changes.
Cohort 1 opens for booking in November 2026 and runs from 11 January 2027. When the diagnostic gives you your result, the next step is a thirty-minute conversation with Celine. Booking: hello@unconditional.pro.
